I decided to put this post together because I thought it might be helpful and I know it's been a while since I posted a chapter so let's go over what happened:
Warning: It's a bit random at times because my brain is an odd place. These summaries have the chance to either catch you up or confuse you more. Most likely both will happen.
Chapter 1 - Zoraida ended up in Lunar Lakes. She gets abducted and has a little chat with some lady who is unnamed. She ends up homeless.
Chapter 2 - Zoraida meets Petre while trying to get a drink. She gets a free drink only for the lady to die on her. Petre asks if Zo is going to finish her drink and she tries to punch him.
It's the start of a beautiful friendship.
Chapter 3 - Zoraida gets abducted again. It is only chapter three. The writer must have gotten bored. The lights start flickering.
Petre throws in some lore and we get our first Petre POV. He's an adorable human being.
Chapter 4 (Part 1 and 2 - Both parts combined) - There's a memory sequence. HOLY CRAP THERE'S FORESHADOWING. I'm writing chapter 8 right now and I didn't really realize I was foreshadowing so I'm excited. *Clears throat* Right, right I'm doing this to catch you guys up. Not me... >.>
ANOTHER PETRE POV.
Zoraida doesn't want to leave so Petre carries her out of the mysterious location.
Chapter 5 - Zoraida and Petre bond. Things get steamy and it doesn't seem like Petre is going to be smoking anytime soon.
Chapter 6 - The chapter starts off with an interesting sequence that is definitely foreshadowing. Zoraida and Petre act all adorable together.
Chapter 7, Part 1 - A new character is introduced that is seen walking through a lab talking about an "experiment." It is talked about it being a simulation and specific patients are brought up. What appears to be a familiar character is shown in one of the hospital beds.
I basically just reread the chapters and wrote down what stuck out to me. If you need more of a refresher, please just look over the chapters. =)
