Happy Birthday Exiled to Lunar Lakes!

*Spoilers for the story Exiled to Lunar Lakes*


Wow! It's been a whole year!

Last year, I did NOT think this story would last if I'm completely honest.  I hated the fact that the way I wrote it wasn't thought out and was just me enjoying whatever came to mind first about how this story should go. For me, not having a planned out story meant that it would probably end up terrible. I was super self-conscious about it because it didn't fit the idea of how I thought a story should be planned even though it was super enjoyable. 

It wasn't until a few months back until I stopped feeling so self-conscious about it. It still is crazy to me how so many people can like the story I had thought was bad because it just didn't fit what I thought was right. All your support made this story go a far way. Without it, I'm not sure where this story would be. As of writing this right now, I'm at chapter six currently and I can just see how much my writing has improved. I'm super proud of it and glad to call this story mine. When I started writing Zoraida, I expected a morally-grey character who I was prepared to just have to get use to because of the setting of Exiled to Lunar Lakes.

Well, she flipped me off and has turned out to be one hell of a character I love. 

Petre wasn't suppose to be in this story either as I originally thought it would be very different. My mind was definitely not screaming "LOVE STORY." I'm all for writing tragedy, but I am quite attached to these two. I like killing off characters, they just can't STAY DEAD, you know? 

I'm not sure if any of you read my Labelles story but...spoilers. I kill off a lot of characters, but there's just this one that has been resurrected SEVERAL TIMES. 

This is actually a day late because I was getting myself contacts yesterday. Eyes and I disagreed on them and so I'm doing this while wearing glasses because my eyes can not handle me putting in contacts right now. 

Enough rambling, time for something fun. I collected some gifs and memes for Exiled to Lunar Lakes. It's been done before, but I always love these posts personally. I see A LOT of them with simblrs. It's a pretty common thing in the community and I love it!

For all of you that read chapter six and the other crazy rebels reading this, this is how I imagine the scientists at the simulator. The patients are wondering in circles and getting abducted and gosh who knows why?

A Petre meme for y'all.

This meme was more for Petre at first but I thought "what the hell, it can fit Zo too."

This is basically Zoraida in the first few chapters. I do think that by the end of this, she'll be in another fight most definitely.

Zo doesn't smoke, but this gif just reminded me too much of her to not include.

I debated not including this one but you know, it's nearly midnight and something in me just said "this remind me of Zoraida." 

If she had just been in a fight with a guy that dressed like a cat and could not continue fighting, this would be one of the questions on her mind after the cursing and in general being pissed off.
